Dear Members and Friends,
It has always been my habit to read the preface of our upcoming congresses before reading the actual program, as a way to get a
sense of the cultural imprint that every president wants to give to the SIdP main event. With much emotion, as you can imagine, I
am now here searching for the right words to express the idea that the scientific commission and myself have imagined to realize
during these three congress days. I will try to do this in three key points
